Zooming in on the island on the nest atlas can reveal a lighthouse icon.
Clicking on that takes you to the Team Rocket Intranet where we need to enter the "difficult snake password".
Password is bothropsinsularis , Latin for the golden lancehead snake.
Entering that as grunt keeps you locked out of everything except a log file from dronpes:

In our search of the Snake Island terminal, we found a file called verkhoyansk.css, which let us discover the research facility that leads to this login page. However, that was just Team Rocket being careless and it was a temporary dead end.
Later on, dronpes boat was found! Unfortunately it stalled before making it to shore, and nearby a Persian nest appeared with a message from TheGiovanni:

Sorry to disappoint, travelers, but I'm afraid your Executives never made it to the mainland. They were apprehended by Rocket operatives in international waters. So NOW we're supposed to be at the research facility in Verkhoyansk, Russia and this intranet site. No one has been able to get in yet, but we at least have clues to go on now.

[EVENT] Russian civil aircraft industry

Russia’s strong investments over the last two decades have resulted in many high quality aircraft being made available for the Russian Armed Forces. The other result is that Russians have had substantial experience in developing, producing and maintaining aircraft of various sizes and complexity. Perplexingly, the world’s leaders in aircraft technology such as Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, Bombardier and even Chinese companies have neglected to update or introduce new products, seemingly content with their current offers and market share. The time is ripe for Russia to advance into the world market for civil airliners. Since 2006, the United Aircraft Corporation has been the umbrella corporation for consolidating all of Russia’s seemingly different and disparate aircraft construction companies. Therefore UAC’s current and future aircraft destined for civilian markets will be branded UXXX. Meanwhile, RHXXX will be the branding for Russian Helicopters’ products. Leading the design and production efforts for the fixed wing aircraft will be the Sukhoi, Yakovlev, Tupolev and Ilyushin Design Bureaus for the 100, 200, 300 and 400-series UAC products. As this is significant development work that will not see returns for quite a while, the Russian government is selling 10% of its stake in UAC to raise funds, bringing its ownership stake to 70%. A small amount has been reserved for UAC employees as well as Russian investors.
